Dustin Webster came up with this airline routing and I think it’s pretty safe and effective. The airline is run on the bottom of the third member, so it doesn't interfere with the oiling.

The airline is run by the customer. There is no way for us to properly protect the soft copper line from damage during shipping. The brass fitting IS installed in the 3rd member.
