• The reverse cut ring gear has an extra anti-deflection support, provided by a thrust block.
• The thrust block is used in late model and sprint car quick change rear ends.
• To allow room for a large thrustblock surface to be utilized on the back side of the ring gear, the outside diameter of any differential used needs to be machined down to 6.75 inches.
There will be not be a thrustblock used with the factory trac locs because of their case design.
